Most performance programs work on behavior: frameworks, accountability and strategy. That work has value, but if the nervous system underneath is still running chronic stress patterns, the frameworks don't stick. You execute them for a while, then slip back. What makes this different is the entry point. We're not starting with behavior. We're starting with the physiological system driving it. When that system changes, behavior changes and it stays changed because it's coming from the inside out, not the outside in.
