Each session has three phases:

 

Strategic Discovery A direct conversation to identify what's active for you that week, where the pressure is showing up, and what patterns are running underneath your decisions and responses.

 

Breathwork A guided practice that works directly on the autonomic nervous system, creating regulation at the physiological level. This is where the underlying patterns actually shift.

 

Recalibration & Integration Translating what emerged during the breathwork into concrete shifts in how you lead, decide and operate. Every session builds on the last.

 

Between sessions, you'll have direct access for questions and observations as the work integrates. You'll also track three simple markers daily, so you have a clear, ongoing picture of how your nervous system is actually responding.
